By accessing or using CashFlowGY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. CashFlowGY is operated by CashFlowGY Ltd., a company registered in Guyana.
CashFlowGY provides a cloud-based cash flow management platform designed for Guyanese businesses. The Platform allows users to track income, expenses, and financial performance through dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
To use the Platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@cashflowgy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the plan you select. Payments are processed via bank transfer or Mobile Money Guyana (MMG). Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. To cancel, email hello@cashflowgy.com or call +592-680-2999.
You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the Platform. CashFlowGY does not claim any ownership rights over your data. We process your data solely to provide the services described in these Terms. Upon account termination, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) transmit malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written consent.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, row-level database security, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and reporting any security concerns promptly.
CashFlowGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgetown, Guyana.
